Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery had the highest citizen voting-age population (662.72K), followed by Baltimore (606.61K), and Prince George's (599.12K).

In terms of percentages, Allegany had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.59%), followed by Somerset (80.96%), and Kent (80.93%).
