Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Vermont was 495,820 and represented 79.42% of the total Vermont population.

Among all Vermont counties, Chittenden had the highest citizen voting-age population (127.48K), followed by Rutland (47.85K), and Washington (46.69K).

In terms of percentages, Grand Isle had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.34%), followed by Rutland (81.25%), and Essex (81.13%).
