Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 72,020 and represented 1.77% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (28.30K), followed by Ramsey (16.97K), and Dakota (12.16K).

In terms of percentages, Watonwan had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (12.18%), followed by Nobles (11.79%), and Kandiyohi (6.53%).
