Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 72,020 and represented 1.17% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (72.69K), followed by Prince William (41.85K), and Loudoun (22.11K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (22.62%), followed by Manassas city (18.40%), and Prince William (14.54%).
