Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 967,605 and represented 10.69% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (907.06K), followed by Will (57.10K), and St. Clair (56.55K).

In terms of percentages, Alexander had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (32.71%), followed by Pulaski (30.41%), and St. Clair (28.77%).
