Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 967,605 and represented 28.89% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (115.92K), followed by Fayette (32.71K), and Christian (10.84K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (23.25%), followed by Christian (21.10%), and Jefferson (20.40%).
