Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,287,245 and represented 29.62% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (160.66K), followed by Fayette (43.39K), and Christian (15.33K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (24.34%), followed by Jefferson (21.87%), and Christian (21.71%).
