Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 2,551,105 and represented 28.19% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (1.75M), followed by DuPage (486.76K), and Lake (340.76K).

In terms of percentages, Hamilton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.82%), followed by Cumberland (98.49%), and Clark (98.33%).
