According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2017, the birth rate for Virginia was 11.86. Alexandria city had the highest birth rate (17.83), followed by Manassas city (17.2), and Manassas Park city (17.13) On the other hand, Lexington city had the lowest birth rate (3.5), followed by Mathews County (5.95), and Greensville County (6.16).
