According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the birth rate for Virginia was 11.89. Manassas Park city had the highest birth rate (17.25), followed by Alexandria city (17.2), and Manassas city (16.97) On the other hand, Bland County had the lowest birth rate (5.69), followed by Highland County (5.88), and Radford city (6.09).
