According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2013, the number of births for Minnesota was 68,951. Hennepin County had the highest number of births (16,499), followed by Ramsey County (7,829), and Dakota County (5,155) On the other hand, Traverse County had the lowest number of births (30), followed by Lake of the Woods County (35), and Cook County (42).
