According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the number of births for Minnesota was 69,233. Hennepin County had the highest number of births (16,594), followed by Ramsey County (7,723), and Dakota County (5,191) On the other hand, Traverse County had the lowest number of births (38), followed by Red Lake County (38), and Kittson County (39).
