According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the number of births for Minnesota was 67,878. Hennepin County had the highest number of births (15,882), followed by Ramsey County (7,696), and Dakota County (5,087) On the other hand, Lake of the Woods County had the lowest number of births (30), followed by Traverse County (35), and Cook County (43).
