According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2014, the number of births for Ohio was 139,567. Franklin County had the highest number of births (18,876), followed by Cuyahoga County (15,135), and Hamilton County (10,937) On the other hand, Noble County had the lowest number of births (134), followed by Morgan County (135), and Vinton County (152).
