According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the number of births for Ohio was 136,676. Franklin County had the highest number of births (18,803), followed by Cuyahoga County (14,609), and Hamilton County (10,651) On the other hand, Monroe County had the lowest number of births (116), followed by Noble County (121), and Morgan County (130).
