According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2021, the number of births for Ohio was 128,271. Franklin County had the highest number of births (17,174), followed by Cuyahoga County (13,074), and Hamilton County (10,223) On the other hand, Vinton County had the lowest number of births (112), followed by Monroe County (125), and Noble County (140).
