Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 1,703,714 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in New York and they represented 8.70% of the total population of New York in 2017. Queens County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (606,566), followed by Kings County (324,434), and New York County (203,117). On the other hand, Hamilton County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (34), followed by Schuyler County (97), and Lewis County (101).
