Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, there were 827,762 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in New Mexico and they represented 39.65% of the total population of New Mexico in 2012. Bernalillo County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (275,054), followed by Santa Fe County (63,815), and Sandoval County (62,948). On the other hand, Harding County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (398), followed by Guadalupe County (742), and Mora County (835).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Catron County had the highest percentage (75.89%), followed by Los Alamos County (74.56%), and Sierra County (67.08%).
