Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, there were 790,371 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in New Mexico and they represented 37.77% of the total population of New Mexico in 2016. Bernalillo County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (265,409), followed by Santa Fe County (63,789), and Sandoval County (62,278). On the other hand, Harding County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (383), followed by Guadalupe County (694), and Mora County (825).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Catron County had the highest percentage (75.35%), followed by Los Alamos County (72.06%), and Sierra County (65.21%).
