Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, there were 3,378,794 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in South Carolina and they represented 62.88% of the total population of South Carolina in 2023. Greenville County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (369,373), followed by Horry County (306,431), and Charleston County (281,095). On the other hand, Allendale County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,702), followed by Bamberg County (4,827), and Lee County (5,396).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Oconee County had the highest percentage (83.77%), followed by Pickens County (83.76%), and Horry County (77.09%).
