Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 99,755 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Mississippi and they represented 3.37% of the total population of Mississippi in 2020.

Harrison County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (11,540), followed by Jackson County (10,010), and DeSoto County (9,563). On the other hand, Issaquena County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (24), followed by Jefferson County (60), and Wilkinson County (84).
