Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, there were 107,471 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Mississippi and they represented 3.64% of the total population of Mississippi in 2021.

Harrison County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (14,004), followed by DeSoto County (10,523), and Jackson County (10,489). On the other hand, Quitman County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (13), followed by Jefferson County (73), and Kemper County (74).
