According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2024, the net domestic migration for Maryland was -18,509. Frederick County had the highest net domestic migration (2,546) followed by Charles County (1,492), and Washington County (1,068). On the other hand, Montgomery County had the lowest net domestic migration (-9,380), followed by Prince George's County (-7,901), and Baltimore city (-3,279).
