According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2013, the net domestic migration rate for Alaska was -4.77. Skagway Borough had the highest net domestic migration rate (14.83) followed by Matanuska-Susitna Borough (13.45), and Wrangell City and Borough (6.98). On the other hand, Southeast Fairbanks Borough had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-37.67), followed by Bristol Bay Borough (-35.2), and Yakutat City and Borough (-31.89).
