According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2019, the net domestic migration rate for Kansas was -4.54. Elk County had the highest net domestic migration rate (19.29) followed by Jewell County (15.11), and Miami County (12.3). On the other hand, Geary County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-54.38), followed by Morton County (-46.94), and Riley County (-38.34).
