According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the net domestic migration rate for Kansas was -5.08. Decatur County had the highest net domestic migration rate (17.91) followed by Sheridan County (15.16), and Miami County (12.62). On the other hand, Geary County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-63.46), followed by Seward County (-45.32), and Comanche County (-36.6).
