Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Birth Rate per 1K for the United States was 12.51. Among all US counties, Madison County had the highest birth rate (29.32), followed by Todd County (29.13), and Geary County (28.85).

On the other hand, Kalawao County had the lowest birth rate (0) followed by San Juan County (1.45), and Storey County (3.14).
