Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, the Birth Rate per 1K for the United States was 11.06. Among all US counties, Kusilvak Borough had the highest birth rate (26.4), followed by Geary County (26.16), and Dallam County (25.95).

On the other hand, Kalawao County had the lowest birth rate (0) followed by Harding County (0), and Loving County (0).
