Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the Birth Rate per 1K for the United States was 10.94. Among all US counties, Geary County had the highest birth rate (26.81), followed by Kusilvak Borough (26.64), and Dallam County (26.4).

On the other hand, Kalawao County had the lowest birth rate (0) followed by Harding County (0), and Loving County (0).
