Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, among all US counties, Loving County had the highest net domestic migration rate (101.91), followed by McKenzie County (87.56), and Loup County (67.24).

On the other hand, Gulf County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-174.05) followed by DeKalb County (-146.38), and Kenedy County (-87.06).
