Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, the Net International Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 2.98. Among all US states and DC, District of Columbia had the highest net international migration rate (8.3), followed by Massachusetts (6.6), and Florida (5.8).

On the other hand, Wyoming had the lowest net international migration rate (-0.22) followed by Vermont (0.62), and West Virginia (0.67).
