Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, the Net International Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 2.93. Among all US states and DC, Florida had the highest net international migration rate (7.77), followed by Massachusetts (7.1), and District of Columbia (5.57).

On the other hand, West Virginia had the lowest net international migration rate (0.32) followed by Maine (0.58), and Alabama (0.73).
