Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Net International Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 2.21. Among all US states and DC, Florida had the highest net international migration rate (6.28), followed by Massachusetts (5.49), and Connecticut (5.3).

On the other hand, Nevada had the lowest net international migration rate (-0.23) followed by West Virginia (0.03), and Idaho (0.27).
