Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the Net International Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 2.56. Among all US states and DC, Hawaii had the highest net international migration rate (5.42), followed by Florida (5.4), and Massachusetts (5.21).
On the other hand, Wyoming had the lowest net international migration rate (-0.15) followed by Nevada (0.41), and Montana (0.62).
