Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the Net International Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 2.56. Among all US counties, Aleutians East Borough had the highest net international migration rate (26.14), followed by Kenedy County (16.37), and Grant County (15.37).

On the other hand, Camas County had the lowest net international migration rate (-1.79) followed by Colusa County (-1.5), and Charlton County (-1.44).
