Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, the Net International Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 2.75. Among all US counties, Chattahoochee County had the highest net international migration rate (43.63), followed by Clark County (18.48), and Aleutians East Borough (16.47).

On the other hand, Camas County had the lowest net international migration rate (-2.73) followed by Hood River County (-1.64), and Colusa County (-1.6).
