Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the Net International Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 3.31. Among all US counties, Stewart County had the highest net international migration rate (45.46), followed by Aleutians East Borough (25.87), and Aleutians West Borough (23.65).
On the other hand, Sevier County had the lowest net international migration rate (-1.46) followed by Power County (-1.17), and Payette County (-1.14).
