Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Net International Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 2.7. Among all US counties, Aleutians West Borough had the highest net international migration rate (28.27), followed by Aleutians East Borough (26.19), and Jefferson County (20.85).
On the other hand, Grant County had the lowest net international migration rate (-1.79) followed by Dundy County (-1.52), and Hood River County (-1.33).
