Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Net International Migration Rate per 1K for the United States was 2.21. Among all US counties, Stewart County had the highest net international migration rate (27.27), followed by Osceola County (22.43), and Aleutians East Borough (14.92).

On the other hand, Onslow County had the lowest net international migration rate (-3.08) followed by Colusa County (-2.14), and Power County (-2.1).
