HATS Category III - Water and Feed Availability: On 06/09/2024 at approximately 0945 hours while performing an Odd-Hour Humane Handling task I, SPHV REDACTED, observed the following noncompliance. I observed 1 beef cow with no access to water. There was no watering device/apparatus in the pen with the cow. REDACTED, Plant Manager, was notified of the noncompliance with 9 CFR 313.2(e). Immediate corrective actions were taken by the establishment to provide water.
