Neonatal Mortality Rate (Per 1,000 Live Births) for African Countries in 2004

According to data from the World Bank, in 2004, Guinea-Bissau had the highest neonatal mortality rate (per 1,000 live births) in Africa (51.6), followed by South Sudan (51.3), and Somalia (45.8). On the other hand, Seychelles had the lowest neonatal mortality rate in Africa in 2004 (8.7).
