Neonatal Mortality Rate (Per 1,000 Live Births) for African Countries in 2012

According to data from the World Bank, in 2012, Somalia had the highest neonatal mortality rate (per 1,000 live births) in Africa (43), followed by Guinea-Bissau (42.3), and South Sudan (41.2). On the other hand, Libya had the lowest neonatal mortality rate in Africa in 2012 (8.1).
