Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 3,481,375 and represented 73.87% of the total Alabama population.

Among all Alabama counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (483.90K), followed by Mobile (296.88K), and Madison (235.95K).

In terms of percentages, Cherokee had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (79.05%), followed by Coosa (78.47%), and Macon (78.13%).
