Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 3,709,180 and represented 75.80% of the total Alabama population.

Among all Alabama counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (493.62K), followed by Mobile (311.79K), and Madison (278.65K).

In terms of percentages, Coosa had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.03%), followed by Macon (82.48%), and Choctaw (79.85%).
