Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 3,782,980 and represented 75.69% of the total Alabama population.

Among all Alabama counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (503.65K), followed by Mobile (311.17K), and Madison (289.29K).

In terms of percentages, Coosa had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.53%), followed by Macon (82.27%), and Sumter (79.85%).
