Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 3,824,460 and represented 75.67% of the total Alabama population.

Among all Alabama counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (498.35K), followed by Mobile (310.92K), and Madison (300.40K).

In terms of percentages, Macon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.64%), followed by Coosa (82.91%), and Sumter (80.32%).
