Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 3,824,040 and represented 76.05% of the total Alabama population.

Among all Alabama counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (505.13K), followed by Mobile (312.11K), and Madison (296.46K).

In terms of percentages, Coosa had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.50%), followed by Macon (82.55%), and Sumter (80.16%).
