Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 638,160 and represented 72.41% of the total Delaware population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest citizen voting-age population (381.48K), followed by Sussex (143.15K), and Kent (113.54K).

In terms of percentages, Sussex had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (75.01%), followed by Kent (72.36%), and New Castle (71.50%).
