Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 764,113 and represented 74.83% of the total Delaware population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest citizen voting-age population (425.00K), followed by Sussex (199.00K), and Kent (140.11K).
