Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 751,520 and represented 74.71% of the total Delaware population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest citizen voting-age population (421.53K), followed by Sussex (192.18K), and Kent (137.82K).

In terms of percentages, Sussex had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (77.55%), followed by Kent (74.48%), and New Castle (73.56%).
